Planning & Organising Your Move

  • Coordinate the right removalist for your move, including quotes and scheduling where required.
  • Plan key move dates and services, ensuring packing, removalists, unpacking and other providers are scheduled in the right order.
  • Coordinate property access and moving-day logistics, including parking, lifts, building requirements and access restrictions.
  • Arrange additional services where required, such as utilities, cleaning, storage, rubbish removal and other relocation support.
  • Create a clear move timeline so you know what is happening, when it is happening and who is responsible.
STAGE 3

Getting Ready for Moving Day

  • Coordinate your packing service and packing materials, ensuring everything is ready ahead of moving day.
  • Help with sorting and decluttering where required, including coordinating donation, sale, disposal or rubbish removal.
  • Confirm all suppliers and services before the move, including arrival times, access requirements and the agreed schedule.

STAGE 5

Settling Into Your New Home

  • Coordinate your unpacking team to get the priority areas of your home functioning as quickly as possible.
  • Set up kitchens, bedrooms, wardrobes, bathrooms and everyday living areas so you can settle in sooner.
  • Coordinate any remaining services, such as cleaning, rubbish removal, handyman services, picture hanging or other finishing jobs.
  • Arrange collection or removal of empty boxes and packing materials once unpacking is complete.
